POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and maintaining quality patient care in accordance with the Agency's philosophy and policies utilizing effective management skills–directing, delegating, implementing, and evaluating services. Analyzes and evaluates goals and objectives, budgets, financial strategies, and operating functions for areas of responsibility.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a closely related field required. Master's degree in Nursing, Management, Public Health, or Health Care Administration preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
At least three (3) years of community health nursing/allied health or a closely related field of nursing/allied health and a minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory or management position required. Budgetary and financial oversight experience required.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Current and valid licensure by the State of New Jersey as a Registered Nurse. Computer literacy required. Must possess clear evidence of integrity and the highest standards of ethical conduct. Must demonstrate an ability and willingness to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team, motivate and win the respect and loyalty of staff, build an excellent team, and accomplish results through others. Must demonstrate strong organization, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Must demonstrate effective interaction and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) to present information or ideas clearly and communicate effectively and pleasantly with people from all socioeconomic backgrounds. Must demonstrate an ability to accurately assess the abilities of others and honestly and tactfully communicate this assessment through regular feedback, including but not limited to the performance appraisal document; and, an ability to influence others in a positive manner. Must demonstrate an ability to accept responsibility for the direction, control or planning of an activity, make generalizations, evaluations or decisions based on sensory or judgmental criteria, and understand instructions and underlying principles. Must demonstrate an ability to change from one task to another frequently, without loss of composure or efficiency. Current and valid driver's license, registration, inspection sticker and appropriate level of insurance coverage required, to include collision. Employees must adhere to all procedural guidelines in HR Policy 108 including demonstrating an acceptance driving record for the duration of their employment as long as driving continues to be a responsibility of the job.

Pay Range: $152,380.80 – $190,476.00
