To facilitate the transfer of patients from a healthcare facility to the care of a home health agency by arranging for uninterrupted continuous medical care of the patient. Assures that all necessary information on the home care referral form is complete to initiate home care services. Account Executives will develop, enhance and maintain relationships with targeted clients referral sources (physicians and skilled nursing facilities) and will provide leadership and strategic direction to these targeted accounts. Instrumental in developing and executing sales plans derived in conjunction with planning, marketing and individual service lines. Responsible for identification of client issues and communication of these issues to appropriate management, including participation in sub groups, service line meetings and executive meetings in order to provide feedback and issue resolution. Responsible for growing volume and revenue for Valley Home Care. Visits clientele in assigned territories.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or health related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of five years of experience in sales, marketing or post acute environment. A clinical background is advantageous, LPN, MSW, or other clinical position preferred. Experience selling services and intangible products. Understanding of the post acute environment and current healthcare issues. Ability to develop and deliver clinical and relationship based information. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
SPECIAL SKILLS:

Pay Range: $70,699.20 – $88,379.20
The posted pay range reflects the compensation for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE)
