Valley Health System (VHS) comprises the business service departments that have been defined less by their individual entity and more by their collaborative work across our entire System. The employees in these departments support all the entities and include Administration, Employee Health, Financial Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Legal Services, Risk Management and Compliance, Marketing & Communications, Payroll, Planning and Government Relations, Population Health, Purchasing, Talent Development & Telecommunications.

The Valley Hospital (TVH) is a 451-bed, fully accredited, acute-care, not-for-profit hospital serving more than 440,000 people in 32 towns in Bergen County and adjoining communities. The hospital’s mission is to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient healthcare through the efforts of its greatest asset—the more than 800 physicians, 3,000 employees and 3,700 volunteers who constitute The Valley Hospital.

Valley Home Care (VHC) offers a full spectrum of services to meet a variety of healthcare needs to patients in their homes. All home health care plans are under the direction of the patient’s physician who is intimately involved in all aspects of the care and works closely with the staff. VHCs healthcare professionals provide complex and highly skilled care to patients of every type of diagnosis.

Valley Medical Group (VMG) comprises physicians practicing in a wide variety of specialties at Valley locations and in community-based practices. VMG brings together Valley-employed physicians based at the hospital, the Luckow Pavilion, other outpatient facilities, our seven primary and urgent care centers, and medical practices throughout the community. The vision of VMG is to create a large interdisciplinary group practice dedicated to integrated and coordinated care resulting in excellent, efficient, and cost-effective patient care.

Yes, you must submit individual applications for each position you are interested in.

Employee Appreciation Week is celebrated with a week of events for all employees. Each employee receives a gift and is invited to have lunch served by the System’s Executive Staff.
