We at Valley Health System recognize that employees’ home and work lives intersect and can, if not carefully managed, become entangled and difficult to maneuver on a day-to-day basis. This is why we offer employees the tools they need to balance home and work and manage their lives.

Counseling Assistance and Resources Employee Assistance Program (CARE) is and Employee Assistance Program open to all employees and their immediate families to assist them in resolving personal and/or emotional problems. The EAP is free and confidential and provides assessment and evaluation, crisis intervention, problem identification, counseling, coaching, case management, referrals, and follow-up services.

New Jersey Manufacturers Auto and Home Owners Insurance offers discounts for auto and home insurance.

Discount Tickets for Movies are offered to Valley employees and can be picked up at Human Resources in the Dorothy B. Kraft Center at a location in the hospital.

Discounted AT&T and Verizon cellular phone service.

Computer Purchase Program is offered through a partnership with the New Jersey Hospital Association to give employees the opportunity to purchase a computer and pay for it through payroll deduction.
